Seco was founded in 1966 in South Korea. In the beginning, the company was initially named SEOUL GANGEOPSA and manufactured clutch covers and clutch discs but eventually expanded its product range by producing clutch release bearings, flywheels and various automatic gearbox parts.
In 2002, the company's name was changed to SECO SEOJIN CLUTCH and after 50 years of being established, SECO is one of the biggest clutch manufacturers in South Korea. SECO supplies Original Equipment Spares (OES) to korean automakers (such as KIA motors and Hyundai) and replacement parts to the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) for both passenger cars
