Kongsberg Automotive was founded in Norway in 1957 and initially produced brakes and driveshafts for Volvo. Today, Kongsberg supplies a wide variety of transmission system components for both manual transmission (MT) and automatic transmission (AT) light & heavy duty vehicles (buses and trucks) to the Aftermarket sector. Kongsberg has over 11,000 employees in 19 countries and generated sales of over 1 billion Euros in 2018.
