The company manufactures OEM automotive aftermarket products for cars, light trucks, and snowmobile, sport, fleet, and heavy-duty vehicles.

Gates specializes in manufacturing various timing belts and alternator belts (V-Belts) and is the OE supplier for many European , America, Korean and Chinese automakers. Gates product also includes heavy duty timing belts for Scania, Volvo FH, Mercedes Benz Atego , Mercedes Benz Axor , Iveco Eurocargo , and Renault Midlum and Premium.
